Chef Jean's Story
Born 1982 in Grand Goave, Haiti, Chef Jean has been thrilling family and community with his culinary skills tsince he was 8. Inevitably, he began his formal journey as a chef in Haiti, at 16 . Eventually moved to the United States, where he has worked as a chef at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He's catered for private parties for almost 10 years. Until finally he listened to the people, and opened his first food truck in West Palm Beach, adjacent to PBIA.
